The book “Drive” by Daniel H.Pink is quite a book. It covers the topic of what motivation and uncovers some surprising ¬†truths surrounding incentives and how these often have the opposite desired effect. A great read with many lessons that can be applied to your life and your business.

Perhaps they should apply some of this books teachings to the banking sector as a whole – or rather this sector is the exception that proves the rule.
